Google Calendar
Connect selected calendars, bring events into Plaineo and synchronize supported Plaineo task changes with writable calendars.
Task manager integrations
Available nowPlaineo connects planning with the tools around you. Synchronize selected Google calendars, use voice workflows through Home Assistant, Nabu or Alexa, bring Google Tasks into Plaineo and build custom workflows with the public API.
Task manager integrations reduce the number of manual transfers between a calendar, a voice assistant, a smart-home device and the plan where work is completed. Plaineo provides focused connections rather than pretending every service has identical behavior.
Each integration has its own direction and limits. Google Calendar can synchronize selected calendar data, Google Tasks acts as an intake queue, voice assistants create tasks from spoken requests, and the public API supports custom software workflows.
Use the connection that matches the system or input method you already rely on.

Use a Google task list as an intake queue: active items are imported, organized in Plaineo and removed from Google after successful processing.
Create tasks through spoken smart-home workflows, including multilingual Nabu input and household assignment.
Build authenticated custom task workflows with the developer reference and supported public endpoints.
Bring selected Google calendars into the same planning environment as Plaineo tasks. Calendar configuration can distinguish writable calendars from read-only sources and preserve Google-owned event details during supported updates.
Choose a focused mode for Plaineo-created items or broader selected-calendar synchronization according to the account setup.
Explore Google Calendar integration ->Connect a Home Assistant voice workflow to Plaineo so a spoken request can create an organized task without opening the phone interface.
Nabu workflows support multiple languages and can target another allowed household member when the task belongs to someone else.
Explore Home Assistant and Nabu ->Link the supported service and grant only the account access needed for the chosen workflow.
Select calendars, voice assignments or an intake behavior according to the integration.
Review imported or created items in Plaineo, where they can be edited, scheduled, shared and completed.
Connected workflows can capture tasks and calendar context without replacing Plaineo's normal editing controls.
Google Tasks is an intake workflow, not a two-way task mirror: successfully processed active tasks are moved into Plaineo and removed from the Google queue. Read-only Google calendars cannot accept outbound changes.
External integrations require an internet connection and valid authorization. A provider can require reconnection after permissions or account state changes, and failed Google Tasks intake items remain available for a later retry.
Current integrations include Google Calendar, Google Tasks intake, Home Assistant and Nabu voice workflows, Alexa workflows and the Plaineo public API.
